The third instalment of The Night Market continues the brand’s tradition of collaboration by inviting Sydney designer Adam Goodrum into the project to further develop the unique styling of the eatery. The adaptation of the brand into Taikoo Shing continues to elevate mid-market dining through design and tell the lively and engaging story of Taiwanese street-food.
Where the third edition is unique is in its converging of indoor and outdoor themes, it’s fresh take on ‘Taiwan teal’ and the techniques by which existing brand iconography is integrated into the space. Timber seating and lighting by Goodrum introduce modern interpretations of classic night market furniture, while Latitude 22N’s illustrations are embedded into the interior via screening and a feature mural.
